Abstract
Ponašanje potrošača se može objasniti kao proces nabavljanja i korištenja usluga, proizvoda i ideja od određene potrošačke jedinice. Rad je napisan s ciljem da se ispita ponašanje kupaca arhitektonskih usluga. Istraživanje je napravljeno anketiranjem na uzorku od 64 ispitanika, od kojih je 41 žena i 23 muškaraca. Glavna pretpostavka je da ljudi biraju arhitekte na temelju obitelji, prijatelja i poznanika. Na to je odgovorilo 50 ljudi što iznosi 78,1% od 64 anketirane osobe.
