Abstract
Sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom uključuju obveznu provedbu internih audita u planiranim intervalima u svrhu osiguravanja informacija o sukladnosti sustava sa zahtjevima organizacije, norme po kojoj je certificirana te primjenjivosti i njihovom održavanju. U praksi se ova obveza formalizira, te postoji vjerojatnost da se ne koristi na način kako je pojedina norma propisala svojim zahtjevima. Istraživanjem o provedbi internih audita na području Republike Hrvatske i zemalja okruženja utvrđene su razlike između stvarnog stanja auditiranja u praksi i onoga što se poučavalo na seminarima za vodeće auditore kao najčešće pojave negativnosti kod auditiranja, a temeljem iskustva iz cijelog svijeta. Ove razlike su danas znatne i pružaju uvid u prilike za poboljšanje provedbe audita, te samim time i sustava upravljanja kvalitetom.
Abstract (english)
Quality management systems include mandatory internal audits in planned intervals, in order to gather information on how the system is compatible with demands of the organization, the standard by which it was certified and applicability and their maintenance. This obligation is in practice formalized, and there is a possibility it is not used in the way that a certain standard specified in its requirements. In research on implementation of internal audits in the Republic of Croatia and the surrounding countries, there were differences between actual auditing in practice as opposed to what has been taught in seminars for lead auditors as common non-conformities at auditing based on experience worldwide. These differences are now substantial and provide insight into opportunities to improve audits, thus QMS as well.
