Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pažnju sam posvetila ispitivanju radne okoline koja uveliko utječe na samog zaposlenika prilikom obavljanja radnih zadataka, na efikasnost izvođenja istih te na zaposlenikovo zdravlje. Na temelju proučavanja radnih uvjeta uredskog radnika izradila sam procjenu rizika kako bi se utvrdilo kojim su opasnostima izloženi zaposlenici te na koji način te opasnosti otkloniti ili u najvećoj mjeri umanjiti, jer sam cilj zaštite na radu je prilagoditi radnu okolinu zaposleniku, dizajnirati radna mjesta, povećati sigurnost na radu, smanjiti zdravstvene probleme, te poboljšati funkicionalnost i efikasnost rada.
Abstract (english)
In my final thesis I have concentrated on researching work environment that greatly affects employees in performing work tasks, the efficacy of the tasks performed as well as employees' health. The study on working conditions of an office employee has given a basis to develop a risk assessment in order to ascertain the threats employees are exposed to and the ways to remove or diminish them as much as possible. The goal of work safety is to adjust work environment to employees, design work places, increase work safety, reduce health issues and improve functionality and work efficiency.
