Abstract
Komunikacija na tržištu ima vrlo znaĉajnu ulogu i kao takva u cjelokupnom marketingu ima važno mjesto. Naime, u plasiranju razliĉitih proizvoda i u sluga, komuniciranje s tržištem je od presudne važnosti za uspjeh. U osnovi, to je proces u kojem se prenose poruke i informacije potencijalnim potrošaĉima o proizvodima i uslugama. U tu svrhu danas se koristi integrirana marketinška komunikacija kojom se potrošaĉe potiĉe na kupovinu ili korištenje. Najznaĉajniji alati tog dvosmjernog procesa su: oglašavanje, promocija, odnosi s javnošću, direktni marketing, unapreĊenje prodaje, publicitet i sl. Poslovanje bilo kojeg poslovnog subjekta na tržištu nezamislivo je bez odgovarajućeg marketinga kao podrške poduzeću u traženju novih potrošaĉa. Konkurentske prednosti danas se u neku ruku temelje na kvalitetno odraĊenom marketingu, na kvalitetno odaslanoj poruci prema potencijalnim i stalnim korisnicima te na adekvatno formiranoj ponudi koja odgovara željama i potrebama korisnika na tržištu. Kroz poduzeće Tupperware prikazano je niz aktivnosti unapreĊenja prodaje kako bi se dodatno motivirali svi sudionici kupoprodajnog procesa.
