Abstract
Marketing je skup aktivnosti organizacije i pojedinaca koji omogućuju razmjenu u dinamičnom okruženju pomoću stvaranja, distribucije, promocije i određivanja cijena. Osnovna je uloga marketinga stvaranje i poticanje na kupnju onoga što potrošači trebaju i žele. Važnost marketinga i marketinške komunikacije sve više raste. Jedno od glavnih obilježja marketinške komunikacije je utjecaj koji ona ima na ponašanje potrošača, odnosno poticanje na kupovinu određenih proizvoda ili usluga.... More Promocija kao instrument marketing miksa podrazumijeva razne aktivnosti s ciljem poticanja potrošača na kupovinu proizvoda ili usluge. Na primjeru Podravke vide se brojne promocijske aktivnosti koje se koriste s ciljem unapređenja prodaje i postizanjem zadovoljstva svojih potrošača. Neke od tih promotivnih aktivnosti su: merchandising, reklamni materijali, placiranje, e-learning konferencije. Uspjeh i izgradnja konkurentske prednosti u direktnoj su vezi sa zadovoljavanjem želja i potrebe svojih potrošača, što se postiže kroz brojne promocijske aktivnosti. To je prepoznala i Podravka, koja svakodnevno radi na unapređenju te od samih početaka izražava veliku brigu prema potrošačima i svim zainteresiranim stranama. Less
