Abstract
U poslovnom životu poduzetnika i menadžera, emocionalna inteligencija ima neminovno važnu ulogu jer omogućuje prepoznati i identificirati osjećaje te kontrolirati i upotrebljavati izražaje i misli. Ukoliko menadžer želi biti dobar vođa, njegov uspjeh je određen upravo emocionalnom inteligencijom. Posjedovanje umijeća upravljanja emocionalnom inteligencijom, početni je pokazatelj liderskih sposobnosti kod menadžera i poduzetnika.
