Abstract
U ovome završnom radu analizirane su specifičnosti poslovanja obrta. Za konkretan primjer uzet je obrt koji je zbog neplaćanja za izvršene radove bio u vrlo teškoj poslovnoj situaciji iz koje se uspio izvući i nastaviti poslovati. Riječ je o obrtu „Flora Hidrosjetva Našice“. Obrt se bavi proizvodnjom i prodajom ukrasnih biljaka te pružanjem usluga poput uređenja okućnica i sportskih terena, održavanja zelenih površina, hortikulture, navodnjavanja itd. Ključni dio rada čini analiza... More financijskog problema u kojemu se našao navedeni obrt. Dostupne informacije omogućile su provođenje evaluacije mogućih rješenja i odabir onih koji imaju najveći potencijal uspjeha. Provedeno istraživanje ukazuje na potrebu za velikom prilagodljivosti malih obrtnika, bez obzira jesu li problemi kojim su izloženi uvjetovani internim ili eksternim činiteljima, a sve u cilju osiguravanja opstanka na tržištu.
