Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je analizirati koliko je online kupovina zapravo zastupljena u Hrvatskoj. Odabrane su četiri trgovine zdrave hrane od kojih svaka od njih ima svoju online trgovinu. To su bio&bio, Tvornica zdrave hrane, Garden, Encian i Priroda i Društvo. One se prvo zasebno analiziraju, a zatim se uspoređuju po određenim parametrima kako bi do izražaja došle njihove razlike. Također, provedeno je i istraživanje o iskustvu u online kupovini kako bi saznali koliko ispitanika uopće kupuje online, što kupuju i zašto.
