Abstract
Cilj ovog specijalističkog rada je prikazati standardne parametre poslovanja, financijski plan JUNP Plitvička jezera, te mogućnosti koje pruža alat Planners Lab vezanih za potporu u odlučivanju. Osim Planners Lab-a u radu su opisane funkcije i jednog od najistaknutijih alata za analizu i vizualizaciju podataka, Tableau. Podaci koji su korišteni u Tableau odnose se na smještajne kapacitete JUNP Plitvička jezera. U radu je prikazano kako se iz raznih podataka mogu izraditi mnogi grafički prikazi kojima se dobiva uvid u poslovanje, probleme i prilike te dobivaju odgovori na postavljena pitanja vezana za upravljanje i odlučivanje. Svi prikazi praktičnog dijela izrađenih u dva spomenuta alata temelje se na realnim podacima tvrtke JUNP Plitvička jezera, te su koraci dokumentirani i objašnjeni.
