Abstract
U ovom radu pristupilo se izradi analize poslovanja gradskog poduzeća. Sama analiza će se temeljiti na stvarnim podacima poduzeća za koje se dobilo dopuštenje korištenja u svrhu izrade rada uz uvjet da tajni podaci od važnosti budu sakriveni. Zbog opsežnosti poslovanja za potrebe rada obraditi će se jedan mali dio poslovanja kako bi se pokazale sve mogućnosti alata koji će se koristiti za analizu podataka. Podaci će se lokalno vratiti koristeći Microsoft SQL server, dok će se analize i vizualna izvješća izraditi uz pomoć aplikacije Tableau Desktop. Kroz sam rad će se obraditi priprema samih podataka, analiza podataka, te interpretacija samih podataka i dobivenih rezultata.
