Abstract
Tema ovog rada je analiza poslovnog procesa u tri različita poduzeća koja se bave istom ili sličnom djelatnošću odnosno distribuiranjem proizvoda po trgovinama ili trgovačkim centrima. Analizira se poslovni proces izvještavanja s terena kod trgovačkih putnika i radi se komparativna analiza kako bi se dobili ključni koraci i zadaci u tom procesu. Zadatak je korake u tom poslovnom procesu automatizirati te tako olakšati i ubrzati odvijanje istog. Kako bi se automatizirao poslovni proces analizira se i uspoređuje poslovni proces u tri različita poduzeća koja se bave sličnom ili istom primarnom djelatnošću u daljnjem tekstu distribucija proizvoda po trgovačkim centrima. Ujedno se i izrađuje aplikacija uz pomoć Laravel Frameworka i objektno orijentiranog PHP jezika koja bi se implementirala u postojeće sustave i koristila u tom poslovnom procesu kako bi se on mogao odvijati brže i lakše.
