Abstract
Ovaj specijalistički završni rad opisuje odvijanje poslovnih procesa u uredskom poslovanju prije automatizacije, automatizaciju poslovnih procesa sa aplikacijom, te usporedbu između procesa prije i poslije automatizacije. Za izradu dijagrama se korisio BPMN, a za automatizaciju procesa putem aplikacije se koristio Oracle APEX.
