Abstract
Predmet ovog istraživanja je utjecaj upravljanja zaliha na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Rad ukazuje na upravljanje zalihama. Teoretskim dijelom rada objasnit će se definicija zaliha, svrha zaliha, vrste te lanci dobave. Osvrnut će se i na modele upravljanja zalihama, analizu zaliha, vrste kontrolnih sustava. Naposlijetku, analizirati će se rukovođenje zalihama na primjeru poduzeća PILS d.o.o. koje se bavi prodajom autohtonih istarskih proizvoda te poduzeće Bina-Istra Upravljanje i održavanje d.o.o. koji održava Istarski ipsilon i Tunel Učku.
