Abstract
Analiza temeljnih financijskih izvještaja i ocjena boniteta poduzeća provodi se kako bi se utvrdila pouzdanost, trajnost i stabilnost poslovanja. Osim horizontalne i vertikalne analize bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka veliku važnost imaju i financijski pokazatelji koji u odnos uzimaju dvije promatrane veličine. Za ocjenu stabilnosti i uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća važno je pratiti podatke kroz određeno vremensko razdoblje. Ocjena stabilnosti poslovanja temelji se na podacima koje pruža izvještaj o financijskom položaju (bilanca), dok se ocjena uspješnosti poslovanja temelji na podacima koje pruža izvještaj o sveobuhvatnoj dobiti (račun dobiti i gubitka). Ovim temeljnim financijski izvještaji ključni su za financijsku analizu poduzeća i ocjenu boniteta.
