Abstract
U ovom završnom radu detaljno su obrađene izmjene Uredbe (EZ) 561/2006 koje se odnose na radna vremena i obvezne odmore mobilnih radnika. Kroz rad je objašnjen način donošenja izmjena, kao i stavovi određenih država članica EU i njihovi interesi koje su zagovarali te poseban naglasak na stajališta Republike Hrvatske. Izmjene Uredbe (EZ) 561/2006 opisane su kroz sedam poglavlja, kojima su obuhvaćene sve izmjene koje se primjenjuju na mobilne radnike, vozače, a odnose se na dozvoljena vremena vožnje, moguća odstupanja, tjedne odmore, mjesta na kojima se mogu obaviti, kao i njihove eventualne prekide i evidencije. Također, kao praktični dio ovog završnog rada, provedena je anketa među više od 40 sudionika profesionalnih vozača, na koje se odnosi predmetna Uredba (EZ) 561/2006. Anketa donosi rezultate o stavovima vozača, mišljenjima i povratnim informacijama oko izmjene Uredbe (EZ) 561/2006.
