Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je izrada informacijskog sustava prijave i evidencije popravka kvarova. Za izradu informacijskog sustava potrebno je provesti niz postupaka koji su vezani uz prikupljanje informacija od klijenta za kojeg se informacijski sustav izrađuje, na temelju prikupljenih informacija slijedi proces projektiranja informacijskog sustava, odnosno izrada dijagrama dekompozicija funkcija, dijagrama tokova podataka nulte i prve razine te viših razina po potrebi. Na temelju dijagrama tokova podataka izrađuje se model podataka entiteti-veze i relacijski model podataka koji služi kao podloga za izradu sheme baze podataka. Ovaj informacijski sustav izrađen je korištenjem razvojnog okruženja Eclipse u programskom jeziku Java, pomoću alata za izradu grafičkog sučelja Swing, aplikacija koristi MariaDB relacijsku bazu podataka koja je implementirana na poslužitelju obrazovne ustanove, phpMyAdmin je korišten za upravljanje bazom podataka
