Abstract
Rad se bavi istraživanjem uloge i utjecaja personalizacije u elektroničkim trgovinama s naglaskom na utjecaj na potrošače. Rad analizira ako primijeniti personalizaciju u praksi koristeći tvrtku autora, Guerilla Choice, online trgovinu nakita. Kroz korištenje funkcionalnosti za personalizaciju, Guerilla Choice poboljšava korisničko iskustvo, povećava angažman i naposljetku – povećava prodaju. Ističu se etički aspekti personalizacije, uključujući privatnost, transparentnost u personalizaciji te regulativne okvire. Rad se također bavi potencijalnim budućim trendovima u personalizaciji, kao što su implementacija umjetne inteligencije za korisničko iskustvo ili uvođenje offline i online integracije tržišta. Zaključno, autor iznosi mišljenje o potencijalu poboljšanja e- trgovina
