Abstract
Odabir odgovarajuće organizacijske strukture je izrazito važan za uspješnost svakog poduzeća/institucije bez obzira na njenu veličinu i djelatnost. U praksi, pogotovo u velikim sustavima, najčešće se kombiniraju različite vrste organizacijskih pristupa. Odabir odgovarajuće kombinacije prvenstveno je određen dimenzijama organizacijske strukture. U ovom je radu analizirana organizacijska struktura Kliničkog bolničkog centra Rijeka, prikazani su organizacijski pristupi u dijelu medicinskih i nemedicinskih djelatnosti te su analizirane specifičnosti pojedinih dimenzija organizacijske strukture. Zaključeno je da je primijenjeni organizacijski pristup prikladan ovoj specifičnoj djelatnosti i osigurava ispunjavanje njezinih organizacijskih ciljeva.
