Abstract
U ovom radu prikazan je razvoj obrta kroz tri pokretačke sile kroz Timmons-ov model, a to su prilika, resursi i tim. Ideja je pokretač prilike od koje sve počinje. Nakon uvida u priliku, da bi se ideja realizirala, potrebni su resursi koji će pokrenuti posao. Da bi došli do cilja, potreban je tim uz pomoć kojeg će se ostvariti. Za primjer analize dinamike razvoja poslovanja odabran je obrt MAT-MAT jer je autorica rada ujedno i vlasnica obrta te je analiza odrađena na temelju vlastitih izvora i vlastitog iskustva. Kroz prilike, resurse i tim objašnjen je način poslovanja te cilj koji se želi postići, a to je podizanje obrazovnog sustava na stepenicu više pomoću digitalizacije i stvaranje digitalne učionice. Zatim je prikazan razvoj poslovanja za svaku godinu od osnivanja do danas kroz shemu Timmons-ovog modela.
