Abstract
LNG je prirodni plin koji se hladi na temperaturo od -162⁰C te se ukapljuje. Zbog niske emisije stakleničkih plinova ekološki je prihvatljiviji od ostalih fosilnih goriva. Ukapljivanjem mu se smanjuje volumen za 600 puta što ga čini pogodnim za transport. Na velike udaljenosti se prevozi brodovima. Gradnjom vlastite mreže LNG terminala Europska Unija prekida ovisnost o plinu iz Rusije koji se transportira plinovodom. LNG terminal od strateške je važnosti za Republiku Hrvatsku i energetsku...
