Abstract
U radu je prikazano kako je turizam jedan od najvažnijih pokretača gospodarstva. Taj se potencijal mora što više valorizirati da bi se Hrvatska predstavila kao zemlja jedinstvene ljepote i da bi se mogla naći na vrhu najpoželjnijih turističkih destinacija. Zbog svoje prirodne ljepote i težnje za odmorom i traženjem mira u prirodi moramo se sve više prilagođavat dinamici razvoja i zahtjevima i potrebama tržišta, gdje se osobno može svaki pojedinac sjediniti sa prirodom a mi se potruditi da razumijemo, prepoznamo i zadovoljimo potrebe turista. Dionice turističkih poduzeća su među popularnijim dionicama na domaćem tržištu kapitala, odnosno na Zagrebačkoj burzi. Prema istraživanjima brojnih stručnjaka, cijene dionica turističkih poduzeća koja kotiraju na tržištima kapitala i dalje su veoma povoljne, što je jedan od privlačnih čimbenika, koji djeluje na povećanje potražnje za dionicama. Uspješnost turističkih poduzeća iz Istarske županije na tržištima kapitala evidentna je kroz volumen prodaje njihovih dionica.
