Abstract
U ovom radu pod nazivom „Uvođenje integriranih sustava upravljanja u Podravku“ govorit ćemo o kvaliteti koju je moguće definirati na mnogo različitih načina. Pratit ćemo razvoj kvalitete kroz povijest, a detaljno ćemo objasniti integrirane sustave upravljanja, kroz sve standarde koji se koriste u prehrambenoj industriji. Nadalje, objasnit ćemo poslovanje poduzeća „Podravka“, njenu povijest, viziju i misiju. Pokazat ćemo uvođenje integriranih sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u Podravku, prema različitim certifikatima koje tvrtka posjeduje, te navesti neka od istraživanja vezana za kvalitetu u Podravki. Posebno ćemo se orijentirati na HACCP sustav kvalitete u Podravki, te ćemo ga detaljno objasniti. Nadalje, uz samu kvalitetu poduzeća, zaposlenici predstavljaju ključ dobrog poslovanja bez kojih se kvaliteta poduzeća Podravke ne bi mogla ostvariti. Uz zaposlenike tvrtke, vrlo su bitni i potrošači (kupci, korisnici) što ćemo prikazati u zadnjem odlomku namijenjenom istraživanju tržišta.
