Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikaz poslovanja i poslovnog plana Lost theory festivala (LTF) te mogućnosti upravljanja poslovanjem koristeći softver za potporu odlučivanju Planners Lab. Kroz rad će biti pojašnjeni svrha i rad LTF-a, prikazani i objašnjeni alati korišteni u prikazu poslovanja, prilagođavanje i anticipiranje prema potrebama. Svaki korak koji je potreban bit će pojašnjen detaljno i popraćen vizualnim prikazom poradi lakšeg uvida kako se program Planners Lab (PL) može koristiti, kako izvesti instalaciju i najbolje iskoristiti mogućnosti ponuđene od programa za što kvalitetnije izvođenje cilja.
