Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog završnog rada bio je istražiti i analizirati funkcije menadžmenta u malom poduzeću. Na praktičnom se primjeru analizirao njihov utjecaj i praksa u vrlo uspješnom malom poduzeću i opisao njegov životni ciklus. Pokušalo se utvrditi specifičnosti svake menadžerske funkcije i na koji način svaka od njih doprinosi ostvarivanju uspjeha analiziranog poduzeća.
