U radu su ukratko obrađeni osnovni teorijski pojmovi iz područja poslovne organizacije. u praktičnom dijelu rada detaljno je opisana organizacijska struktura poduzeća Jadrolinija Rijeka s posebno izdvojenim opisima pojedinih sektora. dan je i strateški osvrt na podući razvoj poduzeća.
