Abstract
Organizacijom se označava sustavno i plansko sređivanje odnosa ljudi i predmeta (stvari) sa svrhom ostvarenja ekonomskog cilja. Da bi se ostvarili organizacijski ciljevi, bitno je razvijati poslovanje na način ostvarivanja pozitivne konkurentske prednosti. Tvrtka Brati Ritoša danas nosi titulu jedne od najuspješnijih tvrtki, a od samih početaka razvijala je i nadograđivala svoje poslovanje i ponudu. Brati Ritoša d.o.o. neprestano poboljšava kvalitetu usluga na temlju smjernica i sugestija svojih kupaca, dobavljača i drugih zainteresiranih strana te vlastitih zaposlenika. Brati Ritoša d.o.o. ustraje redovitim inovacijama i poboljšanjima kvalitete usluga, kao i poticanju zaposlenika i drugih zainteresiranih strana da kreativno djeluje na poboljšanje odnosa prema kupcu i dobavljaču. Od 1994.godine kada je osnovano, poduzeće do danas bilježi pozitivne rezultate poslovanja, odnosno s godinama ostvaruje sve veće prihode te sve uspješnije posluje.
