Abstract
U radu će se govoriti o kvaliteti, pratit će se razvoj kvalitete te njezina povijest. Detaljno će se objasniti razvoj integriranih sustava upravljanja kvalitetom kroz sve certifikate i kroz primjer poslovanja tvrtke Kraš. Objasnit će se njezina vizija i misija i načini na koje ona postiže svoju kvalitetu. Prikazat će se certifikati koje tvrtka posjeduje ( ISO 9001, ISO 14001) te će se objasniti važnost radne snage kao i njihova kvaliteta rada.
