U teorijskom dijelu rada obrađeni su opći pojmovi logistike i njenih srodnih grana, njene karakteristike te povezanost logistike s marketingom. Također objašnjena je definicija zadovoljstva korisnika usluga uz činitelje uspješnosti i konkurentnosti i samom ulogom marketinga u poslovanju poduzeća. U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada kako bi se saznalo koliko je zadovoljstvo korisnika usluga tvrtke DARKO TOURS d.o.o.
