Kako u osobnom, tako i u poslovnom životu poduzetnika i menadžera, emocije imaju neminovno važnu ulogu, upravo iz razloga jer utječu na menadžera odnosno poduzetnika i njihovo funkcioniranje u poslovnom životu.
