Abstract
U ovom specijalističkom završnom radu pod nazivom „Strategija Lječilišta ISTARSKE TOPLICE“ dan je pregled djelatnosti i strateškog djelovanja zdravstvene ustanove. Na temelju primjera ovih toplica analizirane su strategije odnosno načini kako uspješno poslovati i kako osigurati razvoj s obzirom na konkurenciju. Da bi se postigao daljnji napredak i razvoj te zdravstvene ustanove potrebno je posebno poraditi na marketinškom razvoju. Važno je prilagođavati se gostu i nuditi kvalitetne i primamljive ponude odnosno usluge. U radu je izvršena analiza situacije. Takva analiza izvršena je pomoću SWOT analize koja određuje snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje Istarskih Toplica. Napravljena je i detaljna analiza ponude konkurenata koja bi trebala predstavljati osnovu za planiranje daljnjeg razvoja konkurentskih prednosti Istarskih Toplica. Također su analizirani vanjski i unutarnji čimbenici koji uvelike utječu na cjelokupno poslovanje.
