Abstract
Izuzetno važan dio svakog kolektiva su ljudski potencijali. Ljudski resursi, njihova znanja, sposobnosti, vještine i kompetencije su ključni faktori uspješnog poslovanja i djelovanja svakog poduzeća, organizacije ili institucije. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati temeljne odrednice i karakteristike ljudskih potencijala sa stajališta menadţmenta, odnosno elaborirati menadţment ljudskih potencijala kao jednu od najbitnijih funkcija menadţmenta. Na temelju elaboracije navedene tematike dokazat će se da je intelektualni kapital najbitniji kapital kojim određeni kolektiv raspolaže, a da menadžment ljudskih potencijala čini neizostavni dio ukupne egzistencije i daljnjeg djelovanja i funkcioniranja modernih poslovnih i organizacijskih kolektiva. Na realnom primjeru pozivnog centra bit će prikazano upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima pri selekciji i odabiru kadrova.
