Abstract
Na narednim stranicama može se saznati što je informacijski sustav. Koji su njegovi dijelovi te koja je njegova uloga. Također, uz navedeno, opisane su tehnologije koje su korištene u izradi programskog rješenja kao i opći opis sustava. Kroz različite dijagrame prikazani su poslovni procesi unutar poduzeća. Definirani su tokovi podataka i skladišta podataka te su opisane veze između tih podataka. Kroz rad moguće je vidjeti nekoliko primjera dizajna programskog rješenja, a na samom kraju autor daje svoje mišljenje te probleme tijekom izrade.
