Abstract
S obzirom na značaj kvalitete, cilj ovog završnog rada je upoznavanje s teorijskim i praktičnim akspektima upravljanja kvalitetom, postizanja određene razine kvalitete te načina putem kojih se do nje dolazi. Na primjeru DM - Drogeriamarkt trgovačkog lanca ovim radom nastoji se prikazati kako se do zadovoljavajuće i poželjne razine kvalitete dolazi te što sve kvalitetni sustavi upravljanja sadrže. U završnom radu prikazat će se ISO norme koje su jedan od ključnih kriterija za kvalitetu, kako u odnosu s kupcima, tako i u odnosu s dobavljačima i ostalim suradnicima u distribucijsko-prodajnom lancu.
