Abstract
Radom na temu „Suvremeni pristup konceptu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u prometnim poduzecima“ opisani su pojmovi vezani za suvremeni pristup konceptu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Govori se o razvoju upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, te o ciljevima,modelu organizacije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u prometnim poduzecima. Iz toga se vidi da je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima bitan dio svakog kolektiva. Navedeni su i moderni izazovi upravljanja ljudskim kapitalom,te usporedba suvremenog i tradicionalnog koncepta upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. U radu je naveden primjer postupka upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u poduzecu KD Autotrolej d.o.o.
