Abstract	U ovome radu, uz teorijski pregled logistike, analizira se logistiĉki proces nabave na primjeru poduzeća Euromodul d.o.o. Uz optimalno planiranje logistiĉkih procesa, poduzeća ostvaruju veću dobit i bolji položaj na tržištu, a nabava postaje strategijska funkcija koja svoje odluke temelji na filozofiji i politici stvaranja vrijednosti te sniženja ukupnih troškova u lancu opskrbe. Upravljanje nabavom omogućuje poduzeću stratešku prednost i potencijal za dodavanje vrijednosti. Važnost nabave za poduzeće proizlazi iz njena dva izvora, odnosno iz troškovne i operativne efikasnosti.
